Maria has been part of the real estate world for more than 35 years, beginning in the mid-eighties as a receptionist and growing into roles in compliance, office administration, licensed assistance, and eventually ownership in a large brokerage. That depth of experience shapes how she supports every transaction today, bringing perspective, attention to detail, and a steady hand from start to finish.

For the past 13 years, Maria has worked as a Transaction Coordinator, a role she truly loves. She brings structure and calm to what can often feel like a complex process, helping clients and agents move from contract to close with confidence.

What drives Maria most is the people behind each transaction. She is genuinely excited for buyers and the new memories they are stepping into, and she values being part of the meaningful transitions sellers are making as they move into their next chapter. Drawing from her own experiences with homeownership, she approaches every file with care, patience, and respect. No detail is too small, and no question is ever overlooked.

Outside of work, Maria enjoys spending time with her family, including her four daughters, granddaughter, and twin grandsons. She loves being outdoors, especially hiking and gardening, and also enjoys traveling and dancing.
